We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated IT Support Technicians to join our successful team. This is a high-paced team and you should be used to dealing with multiple end-users and varying priorities on a daily basis.
This will be a full-time, permanent position at a competitive salary based on proven track record, experience, and technical competence.Salary scales listed above are indicative, but applications outside this bandwidth are invited, to be considered on merit.

Your role will involve assisting the support desk with answer calls and live chats, entering ticket notes accurately, resolving technical IT issues, dealing with client problems, ensuring relevant tickets are escalated, and in creatively delivering excellent service to our varied client base.
The skill set is primarily around the Microsoft ecosystem, both locally on desktops and servers, as well as within the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment. You should be comfortable supporting end-users within at least some of this environment, and having experience in network troubleshooting.
This role would ideally suit someone who has recently successfully completed a Modern Apprenticeship in IT Support, or has at least a years' relevant work experience in the IT industry, and is now looking to expand into a challenging yet rewarding role within a busy and supportive team. Applicants with prior experience working in an MSP environment preferred.
You will need to be hard working, have great attention to detail, work to deadlines, be very well organised and have a real interest in technology with proven troubleshooting abilities.
This will be an office-based role, based at our Edinburgh City Centre office, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We provide 12 “at home” training days a year and 6 charity days as well, for you to work on your personal development.
