Managing a full and varied caseload of residential property matters including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRe-mortgagesTransfers of equityRight to buyShared ownership schemesSupporting junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team cultureEnsuring high standards of client care and regular updates throughout transactionsAdhering to best practices, internal quality procedures and regulatory standardsEngaging in business development and relationship-building initiativesParticipating in regular training and personal development programmes
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancingProven ability to run a full caseload independently and pick up files mid-transaction when neededStrong interpersonal and client care skillsA proactive, positive and solutions-driven mindset
