We are looking for a dynamic self-motivated individual to work for a rapidly growing firm based in Manchester City Centre who specialise specialising in financial litigation and consumer credit. We provide legal services concerning a variety claim types, such as Plevin/PPI, motor finance, secret commissions.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and self-driven individual to join our client services team. You'll be a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and supportive journey throughout their legal claims process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer care to all clients.
* Make outbound calls to existing clients and handle inbound leads from introducers.
* Conduct legal questionnaires to assess claim eligibility.
* Advise clients on legal services and solutions available to them.
* Manage customer accounts, ensuring documentation is completed and returned promptly.
* Respond to client queries professionally and efficiently via email.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Experience in Customer Care or Financial Services (Debt Management, IVA, PPI experience is highly advantageous).
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general PC literacy.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and dialler environments (training provided if needed).
* A proactive, friendly, and highly organised nature.
* Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
* Strong time management and reliability.
* Resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* A desire to learn and improve continually.
