As an Operational Excellence Specialist this is a unique opportunity to shape global finance processes and drive meaningful change across our organization. Youll bring deep expertise in Record to Report and a passion for continuous improvement to help us optimize global finance operations.

What you will do:
Collaborate across functions within Finance to enhance the End-to-End Record to Report process
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver effective cross-functional solutions
Support process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives in Shared Service Centers
Promote a culture of continuous improvement through best practice sharing and hands-on leadership
Maintain Record to Report documentation and ensure global process adherence
Develop metrics to measure process quality and productivity, and share feedback with stakeholders
Lead smaller projects and contribute as a subject matter expert in larger programs
What we are looking for:
Lean Six Sigma qualified Green Belt
Strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel
Experience in continuous improvement roles
Effective communicator comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
Motivated to influence and align teams toward shared goals
