About this Role We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Minibus division, working with schools, public sector organisations, and corporate clients. You will play a key role in building lasting partnerships, identifying opportunities, and delivering our smarter asset strategy. Develop new business opportunities in the minibus market Build strong, long-term relationships with customers Deliver against agreed targets with a solutions-focused approach Represent Dawsongroup at meetings and presentations Manage projects from opportunity through to successful implementation About You You will be motivated, commercially minded, and passionate about connecting people with the right solutions. This role suits someone who combines hire industry knowledge with the confidence to engage with public sector decision-makers.
