We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our clients team at their Southend office. This full‑time role provides essential support to the Conveyancing department, primarily focusing on client onboarding and ensuring smooth operational processes across the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the Conveyancing team with administrative and clerical duties
* Managing client communication and correspondence efficiently
* Assisting with the onboarding process for new clients
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
* Helping to keep day‑to‑day operations of the department running smoothly
Candidate Profile
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Able to work independently while taking initiative to support the team
* Knowledge of anti‑money laundering regulations is desirable
* Experience in a conveyancing or legal environment is a plus but not essential
* Backgrounds in secretarial, paralegal, or accounting roles, particularly within law firms, will be considered
