TSA Surveying is working in partnership with a Building Consultancy who are currently seeking surveyors to carry out Stock Condition Surveys and RdSAP Assessments in London.
Contract details
* Outside IR35 role
* Paid per survey – Houses, Flats, Blocks
* 6‑month contract
* Over 500 properties to be surveyed, located in/around London (Tonbridge Wells and Medway)
* ID badges, calling cards, large property lists provided, and letter of authority for occasional door‑knocking properties – majority of appointments are pre‑booked.
Responsibilities
* Carry out Stock Condition Surveys
* Conduct RdSAP Assessments
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of survey results
Requirements
* Qualified DEA – Elmhurst/ECMK
* Experience in domestic energy to carry out RdSAP Assessments
