Job Description
Class 1 HGV Driver
Pay:
* Day Shift, Monday to Friday = £17.50 per hour (Overtime available)
Immediate starts available with ongoing work.
Shift pattern:
* Monday to Friday (Weekends available)
* Varied start times from 6 am
* 10 12 hour shifts
Description:
* General haulage across UK usually imports
* Driving Class 1 curtain sider truck
* Generally 1 2 drops / collections per day
* Making deliveries to customers across whole of UK
* Stripping down of trailers
* Daily vehicle checks reporting any issues
* Customer facing role with each drop
Skills / Qualification:
* Held Class 1 licence for 2+ years
* CPC and Tacho card
* No more than 6 points
* No major endorsements
* Good understanding of written and spoken English
