Compliance Admin and Customer Service Advisor We are looking for a proactive Compliance Admin and Customer Service Advisor to join our team. This hybrid role supports regulatory compliance efforts while also delivering high quality service to clients and internal stakeholders. Ideal candidates will be organised, communicative, and able to manage multiple responsibilities across compliance and customer service functions. Key Responsibilities: Compliance Admin Assist in maintaining compliance records, policies, and procedures Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the business Support audits and regulatory reporting activities Help ensure documentation and internal processes meet legal standards Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance across operations Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner Resolve client issues related to services, billing, or compliance documentation Log and track customer interactions and feedback Provide accurate product or service information and escalate issues as needed Help onboard new clients and ensure regulatory documents are completed correctly Requirements: 13 years of experience in compliance, administration, customer service, or a related field Strong understanding of compliance principles (GDPR, data privacy, industry-specific standards) is a plus Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/compliance software This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, values accuracy, and thrives in a customer-focused environment.
