About the role
Personal Assistants (Support Workers) play a vital role within Enable by making a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same, but you will support someone who requires help to achieve their goals and outcomes – whatever they may be.
Key responsibilities
* Assist with personal care, moving and handling.
* Provide positive behavioural support.
* Help expand the person’s social networks and connections.
* Work collaboratively with the bespoke team to ensure safety, wellbeing and aspirations are met.
About the person you support – Natasha
Natasha loves the outdoors, going for walks and staying active. A typical day might involve visiting shops, local parks or cafes. She needs support 3 days a week Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm to enjoy these activities. This role will enable her to experience simple pleasures that would otherwise be difficult.

We do not require prior care experience – we look for people with the right values, dedication and transferable skills. A commitment to support individuals and a willingness to grow a rewarding social care career are essential.
