What you’ll be doing:
1. Leading pre-planned lessons in your specialist (or favourite) subject
2. Keeping students engaged and learning in a safe, positive environment
3. Building relationships with staff and pupils that make every day rewarding
4. Managing the classroom with calm confidence (we’ve got tips if you’re new!)

5. A degree or strong subject knowledge in a curriculum area
6. Confidence speaking to groups and managing behaviour
7. Flexibility and a positive attitude
8. Willingness to learn through the training and support we provide
