P4 Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of alocal charityfor a compassionate and committedCare & Support Practitionerto work within a specialist residential service.

The home is specifically aimed at supporting people who have experienced, or are currently experiencing, homelessness and who have additional health and social care needs. You will provide care and support to residents with complex needs includingmental health needs and DoLS, acquired brain injury (ABI), dementia, current and past drug and alcohol misuse, advancing ill health and palliative care, alongside many other challenges.
