Responsibilities:
Produce detailed technical drawings, construction documents, and specifications, ensuring design intent is accurately implemented.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to integrate requirements and resolve technical issues.
Supervise and support project team members, managing multiple projects while maintaining quality standards.
Participate in construction administration, site visits, field reviews, and project meetings.
Incorporate sustainable design solutions and maintain studio standards throughout projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Design Smart, Adobe Suite (some Revit experience preferred) with strong knowledge of construction techniques, architectural systems, materials, building codes, and excellent communication skills.
