Salary scale- £28,968.75- £33,990.00 Per annum. Location: Runcorn
Hours: 37.5 per week (flexibility required)

The role of Deputy Manager
As part of the role of deputy manager, you will be expected to support the Service Manager, which will include coordinating and liaising with new referrals and assessments, working across multi-disciplinary teams including forensics, mental health, learning disabilities, Neuro diversity and EUPD.
As part of the role, you will jointly manage a team of support workers ensuring adequate staffing ratios are in place for the needs of the people we support ensuring the standards and quality of care provided is the forefront of all workers. You will work alongside the occupational therapy team and together you will be expected to maintain and work within CQC regulatory standards.
About The Service
SIS is a leading care provider in the Northwest. We have been supporting individuals with mental health and housing needs since 2014. Southbank is a 100+ year old hotel converted into a mix of 7 self-contained flats & 7 en-suite rooms in the centre of the old town area of Runcorn. Southbank supports clients with complex mental health needs; it is staffed 24 hours a day and has a sleepover covering the nights. Whilst challenging, there is lots of opportunity for the successful candidate to help improve people’s lives and build an excellent team around the service.

What We Are Looking For
* level 5 in leadership & management
* Level 3 health & social care qualification
* At least 2 years’ experience of caring for adults with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours.
* Management experience
* People that are enthusiastic about making a difference.
* Self-motivated, empathetic, dynamic, and creative within the care sector.
