The teams develop, improve and deliver key assessment services to schools/colleges/training providers, markers, learners and other stakeholders leading to accurate and timely National Qualification certification.\n\nWe cover a wide range of activities â from managing entry and result data and reconciling learner responses from all around Scotland to resolving a wide range of issues with responses and ensuring that they are all marked to the national standard and results communicated to all learners.\n\nDetailed logistical planning and ongoing monitoring of processes and procedures is critical to our success as is seeking to continuously improvement how we deliver.\n\nWe are committed to the delivery and development of our services.
