Duties & Responsibilities

We are looking for a personable and process‑driven Renewals Specialist to join our dynamic account management team based in Alton, Hampshire.

You will provide administrative support to our major accounts – including quotations within SLA times, assisting with queries, raising and processing orders and increasing margin month on month.

* Manage renewals contracts, ensuring high accuracy and fast turnaround for quotations and orders.
* Become the go‑to expert for a set of vendors, handling quote and order processes.
* Provide sales administration support to external sales team members, renewing contracts and exploring upsell opportunities.
* Own and manage the renewals operational cycle, liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the sales cycle.
* Deliver the highest level of customer service, building strong relationships with customers and suppliers to promote exclusive networks' portfolio.
* Stay up to date with vendor products, features and pricing.
* Achieve financial targets and KPIs focused on accuracy, turnaround time and gross margin growth.


Qualifications & Experience

* Personable with strong relationship‑building skills, both internally and externally.
* Previous customer service, administration or sales administration experience.
* Responsive and efficient with strong communication skills and professional telephone manner.
* Commercially aware with strong attention to detail and administrative skills.
* Strong desire to learn, develop and exceed targets.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
* Problem‑solving ability, identifying client needs and responding accordingly.
* Knowledge of the IT industry – familiarity with our vendor portfolio is an advantage.
* Experience using a CRM system.
