Job Opportunity: Complex Care Support Worker (2:1 Support)
Location: Lytham St-Annes
Role Type: Full-time & Part-time positions available
Shift Pattern: Days & Nights (including weekends and public holidays)
Pay Rates:
* Monday-Friday Day: £14.00/hr
* Monday-Thursday Night: £14.00/hr
* Saturday Day: £15.00/hr
* Friday & Saturday Night: £15.00/hr
* Sunday Day & Night: £15.00/hr
* Public Holidays (Day & Night): £18.62/hr
Key Responsibilities:
* Manual bowel evacuation
* Digital bowel stimulation
* CPAP support
* Administration of rectal medication
* General medication administration
* PROMs and daily exercises
* Personal care and hygiene
* Domestic duties
* Supporting with social activities and community engagement
Requirements:
* Prior experience in complex care or clinical care settings
* Confident in managing bowel care and CPAP therapy
* A full UK driver’s licence is highly desirable
* Understanding of Autonomic Dysreflexia (preferred)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Compassionate, professional, and proactive approach
Training & Support:
* Full mandatory training provided prior to starting shifts
* Additional complex care training tailored to the individual’s needs
* One fully trained team member always on duty
* Second staff member receives theory and in-practice observation
