As Sous Chef, you will assist with training and developing the current kitchen team
With the use of local suppliers, you will have full input into the menus

Previous fresh food experience is a must
A Chef with a background within AA-rosettes would be great, not essential

Proven ability to write menus whilst keeping to market trends
