Develop an understanding of recycling processm waste streams and RCA Manage stakeholders and expectations for various departments Documentation of non-conformances and process changes Operate Lab equipment to a high degree, ensuring compliance and accuracy of results Pellet, scrap surveillance and trend analysis Preparing certificates of analysis for products and managing customer complaint samples General housekeeping Support lab activities as required Additional ad hoc tasks where required Experience with ISO standards, plastics or recycling related industry Good GCSE Grades in English, Maths and Science Good understanding of quality expectations, be able to problem solve and make decisions with confidence IT and Microsoft literacy Ability to manage own workload, enthusiastic, hardworking and able to use their own initiative.
