The Marketing Analyst role:
* Analysing marketing, sales, and customer behaviour data to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities.
* Supporting the development of dashboards and reporting tools, working closely with BI and e-commerce teams.
* Producing robust weekly and monthly performance reports covering ROI, customer acquisition, retention, and campaign effectiveness.
* Providing actionable insights to optimise digital channels including PPC, social, email, SEO, and content.
* Undertaking segmentation analysis and support A/B testing to improve targeting and conversion.
* Conducting competitor and market analysis to highlight opportunities for differentiation.
* Working cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, retail operations, and product teams to support commercial objectives.
* Assisting with forecasting, budget tracking, and improving data accuracy.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a marketing analyst, data analyst, or insight-driven marketing role.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker, Excel, or similar.
* Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
* Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance measurement.
* Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work to deadlines.
