We're looking for a confident, proactive, and results-driven individual to join our team in a key sales and business development role. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established manufacturing business where you'll play a vital role in driving growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
* Handle customer enquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a professional and timely manner
* Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (ideally within a B2B or manufacturing environment)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Access to your own car
