Responsibilities
* Lead the development of new products into manufacturing
* Design & implement smart assembly lines, jigs, and fixtures
* Own SOPs, control plans & continuous improvement initiatives
* Work closely with R&D to drive design for manufacturability (DFM)
* Be hands-on with prototypes and NPI from day one
Qualifications
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
* 5+ years' experience in a similar role
* SolidWorks skills & ERP/MRP system knowledge
* Strong grasp of Lean, Kaizen & PFMEA techniques
* Great communicator, team player & mentor
* Experience in electronics assembly or cable harnessing is a bonus
