Role: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant Location: (Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch) Working Hours: Full-Time Start Date: November 2025 Pay Rate: £13-£15 per hour (depending on experience) About the Role: Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Dorset, seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from November. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a meaningful impact in their educational journey.
