Job Description
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support class teachers with learning activities
* Assist pupils 1:1 and in small groups
* Help manage behaviour and classroom organisation
* Contribute to pupil progress and wellbeing
* Work closely with SEN and pastoral teams
Requirements
✅ Previous experience in an educational setting
✅ Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
✅ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Commitment to supporting all learners
