Conservation Officer – Frome Headwaters Project

Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of the Frome Headwaters Chalkstream Restoration Project.
* Work collaboratively with farmers, land managers, partners and local communities across the Upper Frome, River Hooke and Wraxall Brook catchments.
* Implement nature‑based solutions for biodiversity, river restoration, natural flood management and floodplain recovery.
* Develop practical, workable solutions that support thriving river ecosystems and resilient farming businesses.
Qualifications
* Experience working collaboratively with land managers and partners.
* Strong communication and project management skills.
* Good understanding of catchment management, chalkstream ecology and agri‑environment schemes.
