Job Description As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will lead by example, ensuring our accommodation and public areas consistently exceed guest expectations. You will support, motivate and guide the team, ensuring standards, efficiency, and attention to detail are maintained at all times. To ensure that all areas are well maintained and presented to the highest standard which continually exceeds our guests’ expectations. Regular checks of bedrooms and to make sure cleaning is to a high standard and operational standards are being met. To report faulty equipment, furniture or any other defect found on resort to maintenance or the appropriate department. Cleaning of bedrooms and Public Area as and when necessary Regular stock take of consumables and refill cupboards and cleaning caddies when needed. The ability to build a rapport with our guests, going above and beyond to exceed expectations at every opportunity. The ability to lead by example and motivate the team daily to support the delivery of our exceptional service standards. To have the ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role To work efficiently and to keep within time frames To ensure that all policies and procedures and Company policies are followed at all times. To carry out any other reasonable requests made by the Housekeeping Management team. Hours : 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and bank holidays Pay: £13.50 per hour *Due to our rural location, you will have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle as you will be unable to reach us using public transport*
