We are looking for a Trainee Sprayer Operator to join the Frontier team, based at Holbeach, on a permanent, full-time basis.

About You

11. Willing to work towards PA1 & PA2 qualifications (full training and support will be provided).

Your Role Will Involve
As a Trainee Sprayer Operator you will receive full support through our structured induction and ongoing training programme. Under the guidance of experienced team members, you will gradually take on responsibilities including:
17. Learning to operate one of our modern, self-propelled sprayers to assist with the safe and timely application of crop protection products & liquid fertilisers.
18. Support seasonal tasks including potato haulm flailing, potato fogging, soil sampling and assisting with crop protection deliveries.
19. Gaining hands-on experience with a variety of farm machinery and learning best practices in machinery maintenance and field operations.
20. Developing a strong understanding of health & safety procedures and environmental compliance.
