Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Using the Talend ETL toolset to create new andmaintain existing ETL jobs.
* Design andimplement ETL for extracting and transforming data from diversesources such as: Snowflake PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases.
* Design and develop database tables necessaryalong with the necessary constraints as per the requirement.
* Collaborate with Team members to understandsource system structures and data retrieval methods/techniques andtools within the organization.
* Support thedevelopment of data transformation logic using ETL tools orscripting languages like SQL Bash Python etc.
* Clean validate and transform data to conform to targetschema and quality standards.
* Work with theTeam to execute data quality improvement plans.
* Participate in troubleshooting activities to maintaindata integrity and process efficiency.
Required:
* Five years experience with Talend Data Fabric in aprofessional environment.
* Five yearsexperience working for a health data organization performing ETLDevelopment activities.
* Three yearsexperience database data warehouse ETL business intelligence orsoftware development.
* Experience indeveloping projects using Talend with Data Integration and CloudIntegration working with large datasets.
* Highly familiar with Talend Data Fabric tool ESB and MDMdevelopment tasks and processes particularly creating ETL fromTechnical specifications and converting ETL from other third partETL tools and other frameworks.
* Experiencewith cloud technologies (Azure/AWS) and Microsoft DevOps Git Repos.
* Experience with Snowflake PostgreSQL and SQLServer database technologies.
* Able tocreate/modify tables stored procedures functions triggers and otherDB objects.
* Ability to work independently ina hybrid work environment.
* Working knowledgeand understanding of HIPAA policies and working with PII and PHIsensitive data.
* Effective at managingcompeting priorities and can work independently with little or nosupervision.
* Excellent communication skills:verbal and written along with excellent documentation skills.
* Comfortable working under tight deadlineswhile maintaining well organized detailed and processoriented workhabits
