What will you do?
* Support the Lead Chef to produce high-quality products consistently, proactively investigating and resolving any quality or food queries
* Collaborate with the front-of-house team to drive efficient service speeds, committing to guest service excellence
* Ensure sufficient store and kitchen stock, replenishing when necessary
* Report any breakages, accidents, losses, or potential security risks to the manager
* Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, COSHH, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
More about you
* 1+ years’ related experience
* Basic Food Hygiene certificate; no degree required
* Skills in organisation, prioritisation, effective communication, active listening, team collaboration, problem solving, forward-thinking, negotiation, and leadership
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
