Responsibilities
Include
1. Schedule meetings and maintaining meeting calendars to support the Operations Team
2. Assist with the management of contractor payments and receipting of invoices on Salesforce.
3. Raise and track contractor and vendor project purchase orders.
4. Schedule and attend regular contractor meetings for budgeting and invoicing updates.
5. Work closely with Zayo finance to manage 3rd party invoice payments.
6. Assist in compiling reports from the project / purchase order database.
7. Develop and maintain reports on contractor workloads and deliverables.
8. Assist with the management of Operations Streetworks registers and licenses for contractors.
Qualifications / Experience Requirements
9. General understanding of the Telecoms Industry would be preferred.
10. Strong communication and presentation skills.
11. Computer literate - Word, Excel, Google documents, Google Drives.
12. Must be proactive, self-motivated but also a team player
13. Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
14. Must be able to prioritise workload in a fast moving environment and manage demands on time.
15. Good organisational skills.
16. Good oral and written communication skills.
