Job Description
3. Manage recruitment-related administrative tasks
4. Coordinate with hiring managers and prospective candidates
5. Assist in arranging interviews and follow-ups
6. Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of recruitment records
7. Help in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements
8. Handle confidential recruitment information with discretion
9. Support in onboarding new hires
10. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:
