Your New Role...
In this rewarding role, you will be accountable for the design of seasonally relevant collections of bags and headwear. You will be an integral part of the design team, ensuring product aligns with trend and the seasonal brief, all the while designing with quality and price point in mind.
Your Responsibilities Will Include...
* Working as part of the Design Team, You will be responsible for product design with a good eye for colour, innovation, fabrication, detail and styling.
* Creation of the seasonal colour palette.
* Adhere to key dates within the design and development calendar to ensure that orders can be placed on time.
* Participate in weekly team meetings, updating on current workload / projects and advising of any issues or delays to the seasonal calendar.
* Research global consumer and market design trends to provide input into seasonal concepts.
* Implement creative vision, ensuring execution within the accesories category.
About You ;-
* You'll lead the design process (from concept through to sign off).
* You'll be passionate about accessories.
* Product development and construction will be second nature, you'll be able to create accurate tech packs and contribute to range meetings.
* You'll also have advanced Adobe ability, particularly Illustrator.
* You'll feel comfortable presenting to people of all levels.
* You will also be a confident user of Excel and inhouse systems.
* You'll enjoy traveling for inspiration and development.
