This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing service requests, supporting Microsoft 365 and cloud-based platforms, and coordinating service delivery to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will take ownership of issues from first contact through to resolution, aiming to deliver first-time fixes wherever possible. The position offers exposure to networking fundamentals, cloud services, enterprise applications, and change management processes within a professional, customer-facing environment.
