As the External Business Development Manager, youll focus on winning and developing major commercial accounts, working with clients across engineering, manufacturing, marine, defence, and industrial sectors. This is a flexible hybrid role, combining home-based strategic planning with regular client visits across your territory.
What Youll Be Doing
Driving new business growth across the West of the A3 territory.
Winning and developing large commercial accounts.
Building relationships with decision-makers across diverse sectors.
Conducting strategic research and preparation for quality client meetings.
Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client handovers.

Proven success as a Business Development Manager, Technical Sales, or Commercial Sales professional.
Experience in sectors such as metal stockholding, oil & gas, automotive, defence, marine, or precision engineering.
