The Opportunity
Are you a customer-focused professional with a can-do attitude and a knack for administration? Funeral Partners is looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales of funeral plans, providing expert advice, and ensuring seamless operations within our extensive network of funeral homes. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in offering a tailored service to each customer whilst working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
6. Customer Service: Provide an excellent customer service tailored to each customer to ensure their enquiry, and any specific needs are met
7. Communication: Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms, and assist in preparing scheduled reports.
8. Administrative Support: Handle daily office tasks such as answering calls, processing payments, compiling spreadsheets, and filing.
9. Customer Interaction: Address administrative requests and inquiries from branch employees, clients, and third-party affiliates.
10. Record Keeping: Ensure accurate recording of all plan sales and redemptions, and maintain comprehensive administrative records.
11. Training and Development: Assist with employee training and support the rollout of new initiatives to promote best practices.
12. Reporting: Produce weekly KPI reports and monitor branch stationery orders, ensuring budget compliance.
13. Client Service: Provide quality service, handle client queries and complaints, and promote our full range of services including funeral pre-need plans and memorials.

This role requires adherence to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations. The successful candidate must:
22. Complete required training and assessments to become a competent plan seller
23. Engage in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) aligned with FCA requirements
24. Act in accordance with FCA Conduct Rules and Principles for business
25. Support and consider the needs of vulnerable customers
