Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Support professional to assist with daily office operations. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative assistance, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication within the team. Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain accurate data entry using various software programmes such as Microsoft Office, Xero, Hubdoc.
* Handle calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.
* Prepare and file documents, invoices, reports, and correspondence in a timely manner.
* Assist with administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
* Support team members with organisational needs and ad hoc duties as required.
* Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-maintained.
Skills
* Proven office experience with a solid understanding of administrative procedures.
* Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Experience with data entry and familiarity with accounting software such as Xero is desirable.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Good typing speed and accuracy to facilitate efficient document preparation.
* Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and written communication.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
