Salary: £11.90 to £17 per hour

About the Role
Hours: 8 Hours to 12 Hours

All we ask is that you have a full valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and access to your own vehicle. If you do not have access to the vehicle than we provide an Electric Scooter Discount and Bus Pass Discount.

Main Duties
* Answering & directing phone calls and emails professionally
* Maintaining accurate documentation & compliance records
* Supporting the care team with administrative tasks
* Acting as the first point of contact for clients & caregivers
* Preparing reports & handling office management tasks
Requirements
* Strong organisational & time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Attention to detail & ability to multitask
* Previous administrative experience (care sector preferred)
* Proactive & able to work independently
* Eligibility to work in the UK
