Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Homeschooling Account Manager to join our
team. This role focuses on supporting (U)HNW families who choose homeschooling as part of their
child's education journey.
The Homeschooling Account Manager will take ownership of enquiries from initial consultation
through to onboarding, building trusted relationships with families, and ensuring each bespoke
programme is delivered to the highest standard.
This is the ideal role for someone with strong client management skills, a deep interest in education,
and the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts to deliver seamless homeschooling solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Conversion
• Manage the full sales cycle for homeschooling enquiries, from consultation through to conversion.
• Conduct engaging consultations with prospective families, understanding their goals and presenting tailored homeschooling solutions.
• Support Directors in achieving commercial targets within the homeschooling division.
Client Relationship Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for homeschooling families, providing exceptional service and discretion.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and clear communication.
• Monitor client satisfaction and retention, proactively addressing any issues.
Homeschooling Programme Coordination
* Work with the Homeschooling team to design and oversee bespoke tuition programmes
across Primary, GCSE, A-Level, and university preparation.
* Liaise with tutors and consultants to ensure smooth day-to-day delivery of lessons.
* Support logistical elements such as timetabling, tutor onboarding, and exam registration
where required.
Collaboration & Reporting
* Collaborate with internal teams (Education Consultants, Directors, Tutors) to deliver
outstanding client outcomes.
* Maintain accurate client data and reporting within the CRM (HubSpot).
* Provide Directors with regular updates on client activity, programme progress, and
conversion outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's degree
* 3–5 years' experience in account management, client services, or education.
* Demonstrated success in sales conversion and high-touch client management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage (U)HNW clients.
* Strong organisational skills, able to coordinate multiple client accounts simultaneously.
* Interest in or knowledge of the homeschooling landscape (desirable but not essential).
* A proactive, solutions-driven approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to attend client meetings and events when needed.
