Maintenance Fabric Technician This is a fantastic opportunity if you are a semi-skilled maintenance technician or a good all-rounder with Fabric maintenance skills to get involved and join a team of building services maintenance engineers working at a high-profile commercial maintenance contract located across a small portfolio of modern commercial office buildings located in Liverpool Street, St Paul’s, Piccadilly and Victoria. There is already an existing maintenance team across to locations so you would provide support and be supported in maintaining these offices and your travel between sites is covered with a zone 1-2 travel card. Responsibilities of the Maintenance Fabric Technician * Daily inspection of the plant rooms and office floors * Set up of meeting rooms. * Taking tap temperatures across the building * Replacing Lamps * Carrying out PPM’s * Escorting visiting contractors around the building * Basic plumbing tasks, attending to leaks and blockages. * Repairs to Fabric of the building About You as the Maintenance Fabric Technician * Good all-round Fabric Technician skills and practical minded * Familiar with using hand tools and basic power tools. * If you had some plumbing, carpentry or decorating skills that would be great. * Experienced Fabric Technician with Mechanical or Electrical plant and equipment would be perfect. * Ability to drive. ...
