The role, principally focussed on the sales side of Estate Agency, will involve growing the property register by driving market appraisals into instructions and generating new sales, assisting the Branch Manager to maximise the profit and help support the Sales team. This role is for an existing Senior Negotiator, or an experienced Sales Negotiator wishing to take that next step in their career.
