Rate of pay: starts from £13.35 per hour; increases to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.
Hours and availability: The following weekly availability windows are requested. We will schedule contracted hours within these times and you will receive 3 weeks notice of your shifts. We are flexible if the times you are available to work match closely but not exactly the advertised times.

* Fri 19:00–23:00

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering your part of the customer shopping trip by:
* Ensuring the van and trays are clean and tidy/organised.
* Leaving the back yard clean and free of rubbish, and picking up litter as observed.
* Ensuring trays are washed as part of the tray wash process.
* Loading the van, and checking the van for roadworthiness.
* Talking to the customer about any changes to their order (short code items and substitutions), offering a refund for anything unsatisfactory.
* Taking care of products/deliveries as if they were your own.
* Explaining to the customer that substitutions will not incur extra charges.
* Delivering within the customer’s time slot.
* Calling the customer before arriving if early.
* Calling the store/centre if running 30 minutes or more late.
Requirements
* Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit and support a great store experience for customers.
* Be warm and welcoming in interactions with customers and colleagues, taking time to understand the customer and say "Thank you".
* Respond quickly to changing customer needs and embrace change within the store.
* Be energetic and driven to deliver beyond expectations, balancing home and work life.
* Share ideas with your Manager and colleagues to improve the store for customers.
* A valid UK/EU/EEA Driving licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
