Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in a children's residential home (Senior or Deputy level) Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations & safeguarding Experience with rotas, staffing and basic budgeting Flexible, resilient and passionate about supporting young people Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Interested?
