Broker Development Manager
London, United Kingdom (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)

A brief overview:
As Broker Development Manager, you’ll lead the rollout of the Onsi platform through broker channels and directly to key clients as part of our strategic partnership with Zurich, one of the world’s leading insurers. This partnership is at the heart of our international expansion—digitising Zurich’s employee benefits proposition and distributing products directly to employees (B2B2E) through the Onsi app.
You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, commercial execution, and operational delivery—rolling out the Onsi solution in Zurich territories, driving adoption of the Onsi app across corporate clients and brokers — ensuring that every link in the chain is aligned, motivated, and supported to push Onsi to end users. This role is both high-impact and hands-on: you’ll turn big-picture strategy into day-to-day momentum and measurable results.
What you will do:
* Work closely with Zurich’s global and regional teams to define the broker proposition, shape local go-to-market approaches and secure engagement of employers and brokers
* Run broker activation campaigns that secure early adoption and prioritisation within Zurich’s broker networks
* Launch pilots with corporate clients to demonstrate impact and build momentum in new markets
* Drive employer onboarding pushes, working with HR, comms, and benefits teams to integrate Onsi into employee benefit strategies
* Reinforce activation through enablement tools and incentives — creating materials, incentives, and feedback loops that keep brokers and employers engaged
* Track and analyse adoption KPIs across brokers, employers, and employees, identifying friction points and iterating fast
* Feed insights back into product, marketing, and partnerships teams to
* help shape future iterations and unlock new opportunities.
* Conduct market and customer research through desktop analysis, surveys, polls to inform growth strategies and validate hypotheses

You will need:
* Proven commercial experience in broker development, channel activation or distribution partnerships, ideally spanning both insurance and employee benefits contexts
* Demonstrated ability to activate and motivate brokers to drive product uptake with corporate clients.
* Comfortable working across global and regional teams within complex partnerships (e.g. insurance networks)
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — able to engage brokers, employers, and internal teams with clarity and empathy
* Data-literate and analytical — can design and track KPIs, interpret adoption funnels, and feed insight into product loops
