The Role:
As Procurement Manager, you’ll be a key member of the commercial team, responsible for developing and delivering procurement strategies that drive value, quality, and compliance across the project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end procurement of materials and subcontractor packages
2. Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and industry standards
3. Lead contract reviews, negotiations, and risk mitigation strategies
4. Build and maintain strong supplier and subcontractor relationships
5. Oversee procurement audits and support reporting requirements
6. Implement and manage rebate schemes to maximise value
What You’ll Need:
7. Experience as a Procurement Manager or Senior QS
8. Full CIPS membership or working towards it is advantageous
9. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
10. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities
11. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
12. Comfortable with a hybrid working setup – splitting time between site and home

13. £65,000 – £75,000 per annum
