Jacob Rose Recruitment is delighted to be working with our client again in Weston-super-Mare to recruit a customer focused Internal Sales Executive.
As an Internal Sales Executive, this is a an office based sales role where most of your time will be spent responding to and managing a range of incoming calls from clients placing orders; providing product advice, processing the details and ensuring and special requirements are noted and actioned and delivery times are set. Around 30% of your time will be spent making outbound calls to make connections with new businesses whilst the majority of the time you will call from a portfolio of existing customers to keep in touch and maintain the business relationships.

As part of a small, friendly team, the key responsibilities of the Internal Sales Executive include: -
* Respond to and deal with new and regular business to business clients over the phone, taking orders and enquiries from an extensive product range
* Make regular and consistent calls to a dedicated customer base, building the relationship and gaining trust
* Providing product information from the database, and making recommendations as required to enhance the customer experience, provide special arrangements for the warehouse to arrange delivery
* Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities through communication of offers and promotions
* Accurate logging of all new sales enquiry details onto the bespoke CRM database
* Liaise with all sales, warehouse, accounts and delivery staff to ensure all enquiries are processed in agreed timescales
Key Skills of the Internal Sales Executive: -
* Willing to call new business as well as existing clients
* Friendly and outgoing with a personable, engaging telephone manner
* Strong administration skills with the ability to multi-task
* Able to take ownership of own workload whilst happy to assist other team members as required
* Good IT skills, ability to use the in-house online ordering system (training provided)
* Attention to detail, particularly when working with codes, prices from an extensive product range
* Quick and accurate inputting skills – able to talk on phone whilst using the computer at the same time
