As a Junior Sous Chef, you join our team too
* Collaborate with the Kitchen Team to lead in ensuring what is served is consistently cooked to spec & our standards are never compromised & that what our front-of-house team serves to our guests is delicious, consistent & on spec always
* Support the Sous Chef & Head Chef in the day-to-day kitchen duties
* Ensure strict compliance with food safety & health & safety regulations
* Coach, mentor & train the Chef & Kitchen Assistant team
* Support the Sous Chef & Head Chef with ordering, stock takes & GP’s
