THE ROLE
Reporting to the CRM Manager, this will be a pivotal role for the successful development of Strathberry’s customer comms strategy on an international scale.
The CRM Campaigns Executive will primarily focus on the running and performance of our email and SMS marketing channels. This is a dynamic role suitable for an organised, driven individual who will be immersed in the day-to-day of Strathberry’s marketing calendar and customer strategy.
Please note: This is a permanent position based in Edinburgh or London. Full-time or part-time hours may be considered. We are currently operating a hybrid working approach with a minimum of 3 fixed days required each week working from our office in either central Edinburgh or London.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Own the end-to-end build of our weekly broadcast emails and SMS, including copy writing, technical build and testing.
* Using templates, design on-brand emails that convert well and are based on insights from previous campaigns.
* Implement a robust AB test and learn strategy across all campaigns.
* Drive campaign segmentation, looking at opportunities to segment campaigns based on location and customer behaviour.
* Assist with the management and planning of the broadcast email and SMS calendar.
* Work closely with Ecom, Marketing, Social and PR teams to prioritise key messages for campaigns.
* Assist with reporting on a weekly basis.
* Build campaigns to align with our marketing calendar in our clienteling tool used by stores.

ABOUT YOU
To be a star candidate for this position, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience with an ESP is essential.
* Proven experience of email marketing/CRM campaign ownership within luxury fashion/beauty industry.
* Experience sending campaigns internationally is desirable.
* SMS/WhatsApp experience would be beneficial.
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
* Willingness to take initiative, work autonomously, and tackle complex situations.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability within a dynamic environment
* Must be a good team player, with experience working within a cross-functional, high impact team.
* Open-minded with positive thinking, good problem-solving and communication skills.
