Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maximize every member and guest’s experience in our club.
* Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
* Contribute to the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the club as required.
* Serve as a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
* Maintain a good understanding of the membership software system.
* Stay updated on current fitness challenges, class descriptions, and gym floor focus; participate actively.
* Support the Fitness Manager with gym floor activities.
* Experience the products and services offered.
* Ensure the facilities are always above expectations in cleanliness, actively participating in club upkeep with the team.
* Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
* Handle member complaints competently and inform the relevant manager.
Candidate Requirements:
* Outgoing personality with a positive mindset.
* Proficient in administrative duties.
* Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop specific behaviors and competencies.
* Willing to participate in learning and development opportunities for career progression.
* Able to perform operational key holder duties as required.
* Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service.
* Flexible to work shifts and support team members with additional duties.
* Target-focused, supporting sales and retention goals.
