Tennis opportunities in Hampshire & IOW should be expanded to reach people who are marginalised by factors including, but not limited to, poverty, ethnicity, gender, disability, or sexual orientation.
Inclusion is one of HIOWTs six dedicated strategic pillars, however, it also crosses all five of the other pillars (participation, volunteering, competition, performance and governance). 8.Utilise the network of over 100 tennis venues in Hampshire & IOW, as well as informal environments such as parks and leisure centres, to create clear exit routes and progression from introductory opportunities to life-long participation, further learning and training, volunteering and employment.

10.Support existing HIOWT partners to continue with their current sessions, supporting and enhancing where possible.
