As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal part in elevating our brand. Your role is dynamic, creative and fluid, varying from day to day. The key to success is a good eye for detail, enthusiasm and being able to add your own creative touch to our marketing, events and communications. Responsibilities Prepare social media posts that will drive engagement and represent the brand. Capture and produce content for internal and external marketing. Liaise with external PR companies and strategic partners (including Charities). Plan and deliver charity, fundraising and client events. Managing Marketing admin, email inboxes and ensuring responses to events are logged. Ensure branded materials and content align with brand guidelines. Qualifications Degree preferred, but A-levels and relevant experience (e.g., 1 year within Marketing) considered. Experience in digital marketing and/or events management. Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator/ Canva or similar. Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms. Organisational and collaborative approach. Additional Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively. Ability to form and maintain strong business relationships with stakeholders and co-workers. Team player, offering support and guidance where necessary. Full UK driving licence desirable.
